The midsole construction for the Mont Blanc Carbon hones in on a lightweight, responsive feel while maintaining plenty of comfort underfoot by combining two different materials. Altra EGO™ MAX makes up the rim while Altra EGO™ PRO is found in the core, creating a comfortable, race-ready experience. By utilizing more than one midsole foam, Altra provides a balanced and competitive trail racer.
Altra continues doubling up on technology by combining Vibram® Litebase and Vibram® Megagrip along the outsole. Vibram® Litebase is used to help reduce the overall weight while the Vibram® Megagrip provides unparalleled traction on wet or dry surfaces.
As with all Altra footwear, you’ll find plenty of space in the toebox thanks to its FootShape™ technology. The Mont Blanc Carbon incorporates the Standard FootShape™ that allows your feet more space to rest naturally. This design creates a secure midfoot wrap but also allows you freedom of movement.
