This running shoe works very well as a daily trainer, especially for those who are on their feet for longer periods. The Altra’s signature FootShape fit allows your toes and midfoot a little more space to fit comfortably without restriction.
The Altra FWD VIA also uses a lower, 4 mm offset to place your feet in a more natural position. This offset complements the rocker-shaped geometry that helps guide you forward, easing heel-to-toe transitions. Altra wanted to make this shoe sleek and functional so they utilized an engineered spacer mesh to craft the upper. This material offers enhanced breathability while keeping things stylish.
